MASCULINE ME

Lately I've been digging the masculine look very much.  If you don't believe, ask my friends.
You probably have noticed that women are wearing suits more often than they did before. You can blame the fashion industry and their need to change the trends all the time and at the same empty our wallets.

It's funny that when you google masculine pieces you immediately get results that regard mens wear and the history of the three piece suit. The reason I think this is funny is because today, the line between  male and female fashion is constantly blurred.
People, like my dad, don't understand that. They think that men should wear mens clothes and women women clothes.
But why should we maintain what society has established for us? We live in a world full of changes. An example is that the gay rights are acknowledged in an increasing number. So why can't we change that old fashioned thought?

It maybe is a strange thought, but this blurred line between male and female fashion has been there for quite some time now.
Kings used to smooth their complexions  with a little help from powder similar to today's foundation. Egyptian men, women and children used black and green kohl to ward off eye diseased and appeal to their gods.
In addiction to creating a smooth complexion, kings such as Henry VIII in the 16th century wore elaborate gowns made from rich fabrics and furs to show their royalty. Male nobility frequently wore robes that resembled ball gowns, because they valued the elaborate designs.

We can dig way back in the history and find more of these examples, but I think the ones already displayed say enough already.

For those who stopped wearing or don't dare to wear the suit, be fierce, be women, be you and wear that suit. They can say whatever they want, but that definitely makes you look like a powerful women.

The best part is that we can wear the suit in so many different ways, colors and multiple cuts.
Enjoy the suit and wear it with confident smile!

(HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE, PERSONALLY I DON'T CELEBRATE IT. BECAUSE I'M SINGLE AND THINK IT'S COMMERCIAL NONSENSE)
